Refund policy

AutoNook offers a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return: Email midreessafdar701@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds for COD orders: Since payment is collected in cash upon delivery, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account within 5–7 business days.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. AutoNook reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
